By using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms, including any additional terms, policies, or guidelines that may apply to specific features of the Platform. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using the Platform.

2. Eligibility 

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Khyte platform. By using Khyte, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. If you are under 18, you are prohibited from accessing or using the Platform.

3. Account Registration 

To access certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during the registration process and keep your account details confidential.

4. User Responsibilities 

As a user of the Platform, you agree to:

• Ensure the accuracy and truthfulness of the content you submit.
• Not engage in any illegal activities, harassment, or fraudulent conduct.
• Exercise caution when interacting with other users and protect your personal information.

By posting content to Khyte, you grant Khyte a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and distribute the content within and outside the Platform. You retain ownership of your content but are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights to post it.

6. Listings and Submissions 

All listings are subject to approval by Khyte. Khyte reserves the right to reject or remove listings that violate these Terms or are deemed inappropriate.

7.  Payments 

Khyte offers promotional packages for users who wish to promote their listing. By purchasing, you agree to the applicable fees and adhere to the terms outlined for each package. All payments are processed securely and are non-refundable.

8. Privacy 

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

9. Termination 

Khyte reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting Khyte support help@khyte.com

10. Limitation of Liability 

Khyte is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to damages from loss of data, income, or reputation. Users must assume full responsibility and exercise caution when interacting with others on the platform or outside of it.

11. Responsibility 

Khyte is NOT responsible for any loss or damage suffered by users in connection with their use of the Platform. You acknowledge and agree that any interaction, transaction, or relationship with other users is solely at your own risk. Khyte does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or security of listings posted on the Platform.

12. Changes to Terms 

Khyte reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the “Last Updated” date will be revised. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law 

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
