Welcome to the Khyte Help Center! Here you’ll find answers to your questions, guidance on how to get started, and support to make the most of your experience on the platform.


1. About Khyte

Khyte is a platform designed to help small local businesses, and startups gain access to funding. It’s also a place where supporters can discover and back promising ventures.


2. Getting Started

    • Signing Up: You can sign up as a Business Owner or Supporter.

    • Creating a Listing: Click “Create Listing” and choose a package- free or premium.

    •  Listings can be promoted for 10, 21 or 45 days.


3. Listings

Each listing type has its own category-specific tags (e.g., funding type, industry focus and funding amount) to help increase visibility.

Listing Review: Listings are reviewed before going live. You will receive an email once your listing is accepted or rejected. Rejections include a link to our policies for clarification.

Claim Listings: If your business is already listed, you can claim ownership by clicking on the ‘Claim listing’ tab. You’ll be directed to a form to submit proof of ownership.


4. Automated Emails You May Receive

    • Welcome emails (Supporters and Business Owners)
    • Promotion purchase confirmations
    • Listing status notifications (submitted, approved, rejected)
    • Listing activity alerts (promoted, expired, reported)
    • Newsletter welcome email

5. Newsletter Promoted listings are automatically eligible for consideration in our newsletters. Newsletter signups will receive updates about promoted listings and platform news.


6. Tags and Discovery Tags help users find listings based on key criteria. Tags include:

    • Funding type and stage

    • Funding amount

    • Business size

    • Industry

    • Business for sale
